Fees vary by engagement type and scope, as described on our Services and FAQ pages, and are always confirmed in writing before work begins. The initial Strategic Consultation is complimentary. Where an engagement involves third-party costs — such as media spend, creator fees, or third-party data and research tools — these are identified separately from our own fees, and we provide a complete cost breakdown before the engagement begins.
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Abhigyan Consulting unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without our written permission. Ownership of deliverables created during a specific client engagement (such as strategy documents, creative assets, or campaign materials) is addressed in that engagement's own written agreement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during a consultation or engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of evaluating or delivering the relevant services. This obligation continues after a consultation or engagement ends.
We do not use lock-in contracts. If circumstances change, we will work with you on a wind-down plan. For retainer engagements, we typically require 30 days' written notice to end the arrangement. For project-based work, we honor completion of the current milestone before winding down. Either party may terminate immediately in the event of a material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable period after notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abhigyan Consulting's total liability arising from your use of this website, or from any engagement, is limited to the fees paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity.
You agree to indemnify Abhigyan Consulting against claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of this website, your breach of these terms, or inaccurate information you provide to us.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, or significant disruption to infrastructure or connectivity.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from this website or an engagement with us will first be addressed through good-faith direct discussion; if unresolved, it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
