Abhigyan Consulting ("we," "us," "our") operates this website to share information about our services and to let prospective clients get in touch. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this site, how we use it, and the choices and rights available to you. It is written with reference to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025, which govern the processing of digital personal data in India and are currently in phased implementation.

We only collect information you choose to give us. This happens in two places on the site:

• The Strategic Consultation form — full name, company name, role, email address, phone number, your stated growth challenge, business details, timeline, and how you found us.
• The contact enquiry panel (the floating "Contact" button) — name, phone number, area of interest, and any details you add.

We may also automatically receive standard technical information common to any website visit — such as browser type, general device information, and pages viewed — typically collected through our hosting provider's server logs. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this site.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiry and schedule a consultation
• To prepare a tailored proposal or engagement roadmap if we move forward together
• To maintain records of client and prospect communications
• To improve this website and our services

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to responding to your enquiry or delivering our services, without asking you first.

4. How We Share Information

Form submissions on this site are processed through our website host's form-handling infrastructure and may be routed through workflow-automation tools we use internally to manage enquiries (for example, to notify our team by email). We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain enquiry and consultation information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, manage an active or prospective engagement, and meet our own legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see Section 7.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Ask us to erase your information, subject to any legal retention requirements
• Withdraw consent for us to process your information going forward
• Raise a grievance with us directly, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved

8. Children's Privacy

This website and our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time, particularly as DPDP Rules obligations continue to come into effect through 2026 and 2027. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
